BRAHMASTRA PART ONE: SHIVA Heats Up For September Release In North America

The campaign has already been running quite high for writer/director Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming fantasy thriller, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva. The film has several posters and motion images touting its upcoming multilingual Indian premiere this September 9 since late last year, and word now via buzz over at CinemaCon notes that Disney will share a stake on the same date for its release in the U.S. and Canada. Billed as India’s first original cinematic universe with a trilogy currently in the planning stages, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva stars Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni, and is produced by Fox Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures.
