Stunt professional Phillip J. Silvera is eyeing to direct a live-action adaptation of Image Comics property, Bloodstrike. The announcement was made on Thursday with Silvera partnering to develop the film with comic creator Rob Liefeld who broke the news along with a proof-of-concept shown via Instagram. “I have waited to connect with a director with the same zeal for the material, someone who can nurture it to the finish line, be a true partner in the process” wrote Liefeld, who continued with how he met the seasoned stunt coordinator and performer on the set of 2016’s Deadpool and what transpired from there.
