Stan Lee Fan Tribute, EXCELSIOR!, Announced For January 30, Tickets On Sale Starting Today!

Far from the gloom of mourning, I’m willing to bet as much as anyone that recently-departed legendary comic book auteur and fandom pioneer Stan Lee’s life is more pointed toward celebrating than anything. Over at the LegionM official website, they’ll be making this point all the more clearer with tickets sales for Excelsior! A Celebration of the Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible & Uncanny Life of Stan Lee. Sales will go live at 8pm EST/5pm PST on Wednesday. Stan Lee, ‘Along With The Gods’ Director Team Up For Superhero Pic, PRODIGAL

If you’ve been keeping up any on Korean director Kim Yong-hwa (Mr. Go, 200 Pounds Beauty), you might have been keen on his latest webtoon adaptation epic, Along With The Gods, which is officially getting a December 22 release from Well Go USA. The film also doesn’t rollout in South Korea until the 20th with reactions pending although at this juncture, it’s safe to say the project is doing some wonders for the director now at the center of anothe major project involving Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment. Prodigal is the name of the film from POW! Entertainment and Luka Productions, and is described as “a superhero film about ‘paternal love’” according to a recent report at Screendaily.
