Three years since erecting his vision onto limited webseries format, director Christian Sesma is finally poised to lend exclusive screening audiences to his latest feature thriller, Vigilante Diaries. The film has been in post production since late last year after wrapping with the surprise addition of martial arts star Michael Jai White to the cast, and with the festivals lining up, this season, word from Screendaily has it that Cinetel has acquired world wide rights and will be presenting the film to respective markets this year. Actor and action star Michael Jai White currently has a place in this year’s American Film Market in Santa Monica, California where CineTel Films is shopping director Christian Sesma’s latest, Vigilante Diaries, co-starring Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. That film may get as far as a 2016 release next to White’s latest MMA directorial offering, Never Back Down 3, while another title is now in store for both actors. For this, Variety brings news of the new film, Cops And Robbers, which is now underway in Mexico with Cineville International holding the fort at AFM. Tadross Media Group and Parkside Pictures are producing the film with a script by director Scott Windhauser that centers on White and Jackson in the opposite respective roles of a strung-out police negotiator back on the job following a six-month suspension, only to end up cornering a gang of bank robbers led by his long lost brother […]

The current production of director Christian Sesma‘s new action thriller, Vigilante Diaries, has been quite the enduring one. Taking into account the last several years have seen the property evolve righteously from an experimental hyperviolent and sexy Chill.com exclusive webseries to a now fully-fledged action movie, there’s plenty to hope for here with a cast and crew that is nothing short of adhesive to its craft. Watch Sesma‘s The Nightcrew and you’ll see what I mean.
