DEMIGOD: Gravitas Ventures Snaps Up New Horror Thriller For Halloween
Red Arrow Studios’ Gravitas Pictures has picked up director Miles Doleac’s new thriller, Demigod, for a day-and-date release TBA for late October 2021. Rachel Nichols (Continuum, Star Trek) stars from a script penned by Doleac and co-writer Michael Donovan Horn, with Lindsay Anne Williams, Yohance Myles, Elena Sanchez, and Jeremy London also starring. Describe as a macabre riff on the Cernunnos myth, Demigod tells the story of a woman (Nichols), who travels with her husband (Myles) to Germany’s Black Forest upon learning that her huntsman grandfather has died and left her all his worldly possessions. Upon arrival, a terrifying secret forces her to reckon with her family’s past and a mysterious ritual she thought was the stuff of fairy tales.
