Ruth Platt’s The Lesson is about to make its way to Slamdance later this month and a trailer is now running for the new suspense thriller. Damien Chazelle’s 2015 award winner, Whiplash is the comparison being made here and though the film currently sits on deck, I can certainly see the tones here that would support the hype.
