ULTRAMAN: Tsuburaya, Fields Take The Epic Saga To The Big Screen With A 3D-CG Manga Adaptation In 2019

It’s amazing to see that the Ultraman franchise has stood the test of time for more than half a century. Its ability to revamp itself between its televised variations is certainly a plus along with Shogakukan’s manga launch as of 2011 among others. That succession now continues on a path to 3D CG-animated release in 2019 from Fields Corporation and Ultraman’s production mothership, Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. Kamiyama Kenji (Ghost In The Shell: SAC) and Aramaki Shinji (Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars) are pairing up at the helm with Production I.G. (who also have a new Ghost In The Shell series in the works) and Sola Digital Arts producing.
