Collider revealed an exclusive look at the official trailer this week for Zachary Adler’s new thriller, The Courier. I disagree with the notion of it looking like a riff on the Transporter films, though I loved that this looks like Momentum and Quantum Of Solace actress Olga Kurylenko’s most hard-hitting lead role yet. This intense action-thriller unfolds in real time as two embattled souls fight for their lives. Academy Award® winner Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight franchise) stars as a vicious crime boss out to kill Nick, the lone witness set to testify against him. He hires a mysterious female motorcycle courier (Olga Kurylenko, Quantum of Solace) to unknowingly deliver a poison-gas bomb to slay Nick, but after she rescues Nick from certain death, the duo must confront an army of ruthless hired killers in order to survive the night. THE COURIER Rolls Cameras In February Starring Olga Kurylenko And Gary Oldman

Anyone expectant of Darkest Hour and Hunter Killer actor Gary Oldman staking his claim as a prime choice for cinema villainy won’t be let down anytime soon. He’ll be in Rise Of The Footsoldier 3 director Zackery Adler’s newest, The Courier, another in the action genre for actress Olga Kurylenko of 007 franchise and Momentum fame. As Andrea Wiseman at Deadline reports exclusively on Tuesday, Oldman will play the ruthless crime lord whose actions are the subject of a key witness now marked for death. The method? A package to be delivered by Kurylenko’s title character unbeknowst of its contents. Signature Films steers production to next month with new UK-based Rollercoaster Angel Productions. Additional casting is under way, with Andy Conway and Nicky Tate penning the screenplay.
