Enlight Pictures have unleashed a flurry of brand new character posters for the upcoming 3D theatrical release of The Four 2. The new promotional art arrives just in time to keep up the momentum after previous character posters were shown online with a date originally set for November 22, 2013 prior to pushing the film back almost two weeks to December 6. Based on a series of novels by Malaysian author Wen Ruian, The Four 2 off sets a new chapter in the about four unique detectives who use their skills to solve unsolvable crimes and apprehend powerful criminals. After releasing new character posters in recent weeks, Enlight Pictures has unveiled a new English-subbed trailer for the 3D action adventure, The Four 2. The film off sets a new chapter in the Gordon Chan-directed second installment based on a series of novels by Malaysian author Wen Ruian about four unique detectives who use their skills to solve unsolvable crimes and apprehend powerful criminals. The Four 2 stars Deng Chao, Crystal Liu Yifei, Collin Chou, Ronald Cheng and Anthony Wong Chau Sang, along with Xiubo Wu, Jiang Yiyan, Waise Lee, Shereen Tang and Ada Liu Yan. Eight new character posters are now online from co-writer/producer/co-director Gordon Chan and co-director Janet Chun‘s upcoming 3D action adventure, The Four 2 courtesy of Enlight Pictures. The posters come just a few weeks after a new ink-animated teaser was made public, in addition to several set pics from the film on various Asian websites. Based on a series of novels by Malaysian author Wen Ruian, the The Four 2 follows the box office success of its first film, The Four, which was domestically released back in July of 2012. The new film stars Deng Chao along with actor Ronald Cheng, Crystal Liu Yifei, and Collin Chou reprising their titular roles as four martial arts masters who utilize their skills in service Emperor’s to apprehend powerful criminals and solve crimes. Also starring are Wu Xiubo, Jiang Yan, Anthony Wong, Liu Yan, Shereen Tang and Waise Lee. The film is due out for domestic 3D release on November 22, 2013. Future release dates are pending.
