3D Strikes Again For Chinese Fantasy Action Adventure, THE FOX LOVER
Considering that we are in the age of 3D, I am a little surprised that Niu Chaoyang‘s latest romantic fantasy action adventure, The Fox Lover, went under my radar; lovely what some browsing can accomplish. The film looks very appealing and colorful, and appears to have managed to garner some extra attention after its first trailer aired online, after some reported scepticism among netizens at first glance of the conceptual artwork. The film is now theatrically available in China as of September 28, and stars Gillian Chung, Julian Cheung and Kara Hui, with Gao Hu, You Benchang, Miumiu, Guo Mingxiang, Zhou Yaping, Ha Ni, Kenny Kwan, Jing Lingxiao, Li Xinchen, Ma Yingqiao, Sun Zijun, Wang Zhixuan, Yao Feifei and Yin Guo’er.
