Attack The Block helmer Joe Cornish is has hit the pavement this week with the start of production for the new action adventure, The Kid Who Would Be King for Twentieth Century Fox. Cameras are rolling in London with Louis Serkis (Alice Through The Looking Glass) starring opposite Rebecca Ferguson (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation). THE KID WHO WOULD BE KING tells the story of Alex, a twelve-year-old British schoolboy whose everyday problems are dwarfed by his discovery of the mythical sword Excalibur.
