Director Ben Whimpey and screenwriter and producer John Fallon (The Shelter) have assuredly put the pedal to the metal this year and are staking their claim in actor and martial artist Marc Natoli for 80’s/90’s action nostalgia nod, The Proposal. Whimpey and Fallon have already taken the necessary steps to pony up their latest project to the masses on a festival platform, with October 4 kicking off the 51st Sitges Film Festival in Catalonia, Spain.
