WARRIORS OF FUTURE Lands On Netflix In December, Leads Chinese-Language Drama Slate
What began as a sizzling hot proof of concept seven years ago as “Virtus”, director Ng Yuen Fai’s hit sci-fi action adventure, Warriors Of Future, has been acquired by Netflix for a December 2 release. The film stars Louis Koo, whose One Cool Film production banner led the charge in developing the project since its early inception. The film also stars Sean Lau, Carina Lau and Philip Keung, and is set in the year 2055 when Hong Kong assembles a heavily armed military unit to combat the onslaught set by a fast-growing alien vine that purifies Earth’s barren atmosphere while killing everything in its path, unraveling a deadly conspiracy.
