To be honest, Channing Tatum was the last person I would expect to turn into a blockbuster action star. Films like Step Up and Coach Carter were a few of the films in which many of us first discovered him. Who would have thought he would be taking on Cung Le in Fighting, and the C.O.B.R.A. forces in both G.I. Joe films? It also helps that Channing, like some stars such as he, has a kung fu background of sorts. So I sincerely hope to see him in another action film that centers around martial arts action.
