Takashi Miike’s BAD LIEUTENANT: TOKYO Debuts Poster Ahead Of 2026 Release
Reteaming with creatives behind several of his faves including 13 Assassins and Blade Of The Immortal is Takashi Miike who now gets his time to shine as the first poster surfaces for Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. The director is joined one more, in part, by actor Shun Oguri in his fourth project with the helmer, with Lily James making her way into the fray for Miike’s contribution to the longstanding IP.
A gambling-addicted Tokyo cop and an FBI agent search for a politician’s missing daughter, while a mysterious killer lurks in the criminal underworld, watching their every move.
Miike directs from a script by Daisuke Tengan with a cast that also lists Shotaro Mamiya, Shuhei Nomura, Nanase Nishino, Yuka Mukai, Takanori Iwata, Keisuke Watanabe, Hideo Nakanaka, Jun Murakami, Jun Kunimura, and Hiroshi Tachi.
