I’m anxious for the next several weeks and what the possibilities may bring. In the meantime, we’re back again with another installment of The Hit List, packed with amazing stuntreels and online action short gems from around the web.

We kick off the stunt playlist with Ron Smoorenberg, living a life of action with every move per his mantra. Other entries include Lauren Nguyen, Daniel Locicero, Allen Quindiagan, Chris Cortez, ‘Enelē Ma’afu Tauteoli, Damion Tanzer, Dan Pelchat, Kate Cochran, Donald Brooks, Hayden Lam, Mykola Galagan, Skylar Mowatt, Valisa Tate, Patrick King, Patrick Ptasinsky, Lexter Santana, Elisa Sargent and Tristan O’Connell, followed by reels from stunt coordinator Martin K.R. Zetterlund, Mongol Stunts, and a lengthy opus from stunt and fight coordinator Dan Rizzuto.

For promo bits, tomorrow will see the release of some Jordan Cann action with Timothy Colon in Elysian Showdown, and we have the brief teaser up next to shortfilm trailer for Dylan Hintz’s Washington DC 48 Hour Film Project Entry, The Humanity Trials, as well as the November 5 premiere of Trevor Addie’s award-winning webseries, Life XP, starring actress and stunt performer Cassandra Ebner.

There’s nothing else to promote in terms of trailers, so, we’ll get some music going this time around with recording artist Reese Laflare performing Hol’Up, which also features some cool nods to Kill Bill with action design by PeiPei Alena Yuan.

The fights and films section is where it’s at with some of this week’s awesome Hit List short entries, and we begin with some brief beats of action from LK Stunt Team, and a channel submission from Entony Ruscetta and Alexis Meyenberg.

Otto Nyholm shares some Project A pre-viz choreography fun with Vlad Rimburg and Emmanuel Manzanares, and some conceptual Path Of Nova fight design by Tolga Degirmen, followed by some of the most zaniest and comedic Final Fantasy fandom in a short by Games Effect.

Quentin d’Hainaut returns to The Hit List to save the world in a new Captain America practice fan fight by Godefroy Ryckewaert just before Ulrik Bruchholz takes you to an Intergalactic Crossroads for episode seven of his Fight’n Action series, and a couple of bystanders lay waste to would-be robbers in The Robbery from Urban Ninjas.

The best is yet to come witn Shahaub Roudbari returning to the Hit List as well in his latest 80s-themed action comedy release, Cleaning House, featuring Marissa Labog alongside Roudbari, and a raft of stunt talents led by Amy Sturdivant with a delightful action franchise villain tribute of her own.

The Hit List also reloads with Art School Dropouts in their latest epic battle with an ego-tripping squid monster in Joey Min’s inventive love letter to classic tokusatsu, Mizu Sentai Scubaranger, the latest full release of Chris Cowan’s My Hero Academia fan film, UA:LA, and Distinctive Light Entertainment returns to bewitch you with the talented and beautiful Ashley Olivier in Hallowitch, directed by the astute and equally stunning Yadi Nieves Centeno.

Enjoy the hits!
