The New LOGAN Poster Is A Story All Its Own!

There’s not much I can add to how awesome this new poster for Logan looks. Next to the trailers, it’s probably the best one I’ve ever seen and speaks to the very core of actor Hugh Jackman’s portrayal of the battle-worn and weary Marvel superhero formerly known here as Wolverine, depending on who you ask.

It also speaks greatly to the handling of the character since the torch was passed on to director James Mangold for the X-Men Origins: Wolverine sequel, The Wolverine, a film that still bears its share of excitement despite what some still think of its lack of adherance to the source material. From the way things look, it appears Mangold, back at the helm, is making up for that – from the trailers to the artwork, and with any luck, a film that guarantees audiences a truly memorable exit for the character if that’s the case.

In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.

Dafne Keen, Sir Patrick Stewart and Boyd Holbrook also star. Peep the poster below and make note of the UK and US releases on March 2 and 3, respectively.
