The latest trailer is online for director Genki Takikawa’s two-part finale to 2023’s delinquent action drama dance thriller, Battle King!!: We’ll Rise Again. For this, the back-to-back ‘Intro’ and ‘Finale’ entries of Battle King!!: Map Of The Mind are set for their respective releases in Japan on February 14, and on March 14 from Stardust Pictures (S.D.P.), the film arm of Tokyo-based talent agency, Stardust Promotions. Takikawa continues his directing duties from the first film, and also co-penned the sequels with returning screenwriter Keisuke Fukutani, and with action direction by Matt Okui. The story follows Genjiro (Eiku Yamashita), a reformed delinquent forced to choose between his career pursuits with the dance group that saved his life, and sacrificing it all to save his best friend and younger brother from the clutches of an illegal fight circuit.
