BOMB Teaser Seethes With Suspense For Akira Nagai’s Latest

The official teaser has arrived for Bomb, featuring a look at actors Yuki Yamada (Godzilla Minus One), and the newly-announced Jiro Sato (Under Ninja). Production on the film wrapped back in March for Warner Bros. Japan, who is heading up the film’s October 31 release.

Bomb is based on author Wu Seung-ho’s award-winning novel, and is produced by Shota Okada (Tokyo Revengers trilogy). The story follows the efforts of Tokyo’s Metro Police negotiator as he is tasked with investigating a slew of bomb threats throughout the city. Par for the course is the involvement of a detained drunken vagrant who says he can predict when the bombs will go off.

The film also stars Sairi Itoh (Don’t Call It Mystery), Shota Sometani (Cells At Work), and Atsuro Watabe (Masquerade Night). There isn’t much else to go on with what the film offers but it’s plenty more than the tease the studio put out back in January, and the one now out below is proper tease, at that.
