Koichi Sakamoto Goes Mockbuster This Spring With NINJA VS SHARK!

Kudos to @HeadExposure on Twitter for spotting this new poster now going around to promote Ninja VS Shark, the latest from director, Tokusatsu and DTV martial arts fan favorite Koichi Sakamoto. The film stars Hirochika Hirano in the role of a temple warrior who is sought by a village chieftain to hunt down an evil sorceror who manipulates sharks using ninjitsu to purloin pearls from villagers in order to gain immortality, leaving masses of bodies in his wake. The film also stars Kamen Rider franchise familiar Shun Nishime and Yuuichi Nakamura, and actress Julia Nagano in her return to the feature film front since Ryuta Tasaki’s Salvage Mice (2011). GHAATH: Chhatrapal Ninawe’s Long-Hindered Marathi Crime Thriller Gets Vindication With First Poster Ahead Of 73rd Berlinale

Director Chhatrapal Ninawe’s Marathi-language crime thriller, Ghaath, is finally set to get its day at Berlinale, according to Variety’s Naman Ramachandran who also debuted the film’s poster for its world premiere. The announcement comes after a long and hard-fought battle by Ninawe to get the film delivered, two years after then-producer Jio Studios pulled the film from screening at the 71st Berlinale after the film won the NFDC India WIP lab award. The last twenty-four hours or so have finally seen some assets floating around for director Camille Delamarre’s new action thriller, Assassin Club, starring Henry Golding in his return to the action genre following Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. The film’s poster for its Romanian release was the first to be unveiled at some point along with a trailer you can now find online, although we now have a new, more English-oriented poster which Delamarre has shared on his social media page which you can check out just below.
