THE PRINCESS WARRIOR Reimagines A Mongolian Legend This March From Film Movement
Omnibus Entertainment is proudly advancing Mongolian war epic, The Princess Warrior, for a release on digital and on-demand beginning March 8. The film marks the latest iteration of an historical heroine heralded over the last four centuries around the world in literature, theater and film, most notably in Giacomo Puccini’s famed opera, “Turandot.” Intially releasing in late 2021 from Shuuder Productions and Voo Broadcasting as Princess Khutulun, The Princess Warrior was debut-directed by S. Baasanjargal, and by celebrated author Baatarsuren Shuudertsetseg in her second directing credit following her 2013 solo debut, Queen Ahno – Spirit of a Warrior, based on her 2010 novel. Equally, The Princess Warrior takes its cues from Shuudertsetseg’s own 2017 publication.
