So, I finally saw John Wick: Chapter Two and you can read my review here… Yes, I am as happy as a fat kid at a salad bar replaced by a chocolate cake vendor. Thankfully the second now comes with good word of a few notable titles now available at Crunchyroll that I can finally finish where Netflix left off since they often store incomplete shows… …Anyway, enough of that. I almost forgot to start putting the Hit List together over the weekend. To be quite honest, I had missed out on several Shaw Brothers titles that I finally had the chance to catch up with, which I will be doing again next weekend, seeing as how weekends give me a little extra breathing room between posts. But enough of all that. You’re here for what this week brings in the latest installment of The Hit List, so don’t sweat it. Watch The Full Five-Episode Season Of NIGHTWING: THE SERIES!

The fifth and final episode of this season for Nightwing: The Series aired on Monday following a five-week run beginning in September. Created by lead actor Danny Shepherd and directed by Adam Zielinski, the series pits our main hero at the forefront of Bludhaven’s latest threat, Deathstroke, while dealing with internal turmoil among friends past and present, as well as his own pride as a post-Batman standalone crimefighter. Monday’s fifth episode foresaw the climatic battle between Nightwing and Deathstroke, and soon enough, a new vigilante would emerge… but who is he? And what is he doing in Bludhaven? Well, now is your chance to find out in case you missed any of the episodes, which are now available in playlist form on YouTube. Shepherd is joined by Lenna Karacostas, Lance Brazil, Bob Dysinger, Scott Kinworthy, Noel Schefflin, Stephen Manley, and Michael Tylo.

Trust is now an issue, with the re-emergence of the police commissioner’s daughter, Barbara Gordon following her death. Consequently, Dick Grayson is pretty pissed, as well as prideful – a toxic combination that could mean his undoing in the moments before he confronts Bludhaven’s most menacing mercenary, Deathstroke. The question is, is it too late?… Episode three of Nightwing: The Series is up and running with four weekly more between now and November before the end of this climactic chapter in the DC universe. Adam Zielinski directs with actor co-creator and producer Danny Sheperd, actor Bob Dysinger, actress Lenna Karacostas and actor David Breslow starring. Oh, and Joker makes a brief appearance as well!

Director Adam Zielinski‘s new fan-driven webseries, Nightwing: The Series has already taken off in stellar fashion following its launch last week, introducing lead actor and producer Danny Sheperd in the title role. For those new to the series, it follows Dick Grayson’s emergence as a self-sustaining crimefighter following the death of girlfriend, Barbara Gordon, the commissioner’s daughter, a plot point which is also yet to be determined. Episode two is now up and running to advance the story further, also accompanied by our first glimpse at actor Scott Kinworthy in the role of Bruce Wayne (without the suit, of course). There’s no action, but high on drama as the plot continues to thicken with the final battle nearing between Nightwing and the mercenary, Deathstroke. Sheperd and Kinworthy are joined by Lenna Karacostas, Scott Dysinger, Lance Brazil, Bob Dysinger, Noel Schefflin, Stephen Manley, and Michael Tylo for the series cast. If DC Comics properties are more your speed and you’re in need of a buzz between episodes of the new hit series, Gotham, look no further than Monday’s launch of the new five-episode only, Nightwing: The Series. Directed by Adam Zielinski, creator, producer and lead actor Danny Sheperd channels his latest performance as the title role as he begins inching his way toward the cruel misgivings of the notorious assassin, Deathstroke. Zielinski and his team spent a few years from intial crowdfunding efforts in trying to make this series, just one in several efforts in recent years by independent filmmakers to help grant the popular character its due justice in the DC/Batman universe.
