Actor Sylvester Stallone took to Twitter to congratulate his fellow all-star cast members of The Expendables 3. The third installment of the franchise began filming in Bulgaria back in August as news of the film’s main cast members began arriving in the country trickled into the media. The production did see some slightly more adventerous turns with viral reports of actor Jason Statham‘s near-death experiences on the set of the film, which were clarified by Stallone and fellow lead Terry Crews since then. We have a new action clip coming from director Steven Knight’s latest film, Redemption. The clip pretty much shows some of what Statham is best known for on screen, which includes screen fighting, particularly since he is capable of doing most of his own stunts, generally. Jason Statham is on the course to dazzle and amaze audiences once more this year in the upcoming action thriller, Homefront, directed by Gary Fleder with writer/co-producer and fellow Expendables co-star Sylvester Stallone on board. According to Deadline, the film, also starring James Franco, has been acquired for distribution by Open Road Films and is slated for an October 4, 2013 release.
