JOHN WICK 3 Director On A Fourth Film: “Keanu And I Have Ideas For Days…”

Just shy of confirming a fourth film, director Chad Stahelski spoke to Entertainment Weekly adding his thoughts on the possibilities after next year’s third entry in the John Wick franchise: “I enjoy making these movies because there’s no limit,” says Stahelski. “We create our own mythology, and we have a studio that both stays out of our way and supports us on the wacky decisions. If people go see the movie, and it makes money, and they came back to us, Keanu and I have ideas for days. I could live here for the rest of my career. If people like it and want to watch more, I could think of way worse ways to spend your career. But, you know, we’re in the entertainment business. Saïd Taghmaoui Confirms Role In JOHN WICK 3: PARABELLUM

The production of Lionsgate’s May 17, 2019-dated John Wick 3: Parabellum has already taken to Morrocco according to recent reports and as it turns out, the additions to its cast have all but continued. As GWW’s Omega Underground notes, actor Saïd Taghmaoui has joined the cast, albeit in an undisclosed role for the third-outing of director Chad Stahelski’s epic assassin opus that once more sees title actor Keanu Reeves as the former gangland enforcer fighting his way out of the crosshairs of the global assassins’ network that now wants him dead following the events of the second film. Taghmaoui, recent co-star of last year’s DCEU hit from Warner Bros.’ Wonder Woman, confirmed his participation in the assassin/revenge saga via Twitter. There’s no question that a third chapter in the John Wick saga was in the works. After the riproaring second installment with John Wick: Chapter Two, it was only a matter of time before we would hear from its director, Chad Stahelski, who teased his involvement in the development of the film’s pending trilogical outing with an eye to direct. For what it’s worth, that still appears to be the case while a new report from THR has otherwise confirmed the return of screenwriter Derek Kolstad to the table.
