HELIOS Gets A Second Full Trailer!
Off the heels of star-studded events at this year’s Hong Kong FilMart, a second trailer is out for the forthcoming release of the new action-packed international thriller, Helios. The film just recently made headlines as it landed a place on the latest release slate for Media Asia Entertainment Group as the company celebrated its 20th anniversary last month, launching a “new era” in the business of film at home and abroad.
Helios is directed by Sunny Luk and Longman Leung with actors Nick Cheung, Jacky Cheung, Shawn Yue and Chang Chen leading the principle cast. A release date is still pending.

SYNOPSIS:

The Action Heats Up In The First Trailer For HELIOS!
Following a star-studded press conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Macau earlier this week, a new trailer was unveiled for the upcoming epic action thriller, Helios. The film represents the latest action-oriented efforts from filmmakers Sunny Luk and Longman Leung, the writing/directing duo behind the 2012 award-winning blockbuster, Cold War, which has since garnered a sequel.
Primed for a yet-undated release for next year, the film centers around counterterriorism efforts to track down a stolen nuclearm Uranium bomb from North Korea that makes its way South to be sold in Hong Kong. The film stars an international cast that includes Hong Kong actors Jacky Cheung, Nick Cheung, and Shawn Yue and actress Janice Man, Korean actors Ji Jin-Hee and boy band Super Junior’s own actor Choi Si-won, Chinese actor Wang Xueqi and Taiwanese actor Chang Chen.

Chow Yun Fat Set To Appear In COLD WAR Sequel
Chinese Films and Yahoo! Singapore are reporting that actor Chow Yun Fat is set star in the sequel to the 2012 Hong Kong action cinema smash hit, Cold War. The first film was written and directed by Lok Man Leung and Sunny Luk and made its premiere at the 17th annual Busan Film Festival in October of 2012, became a major success after grossing $100 million in just five days after its theatrical release.
