Actor David Sakurai is looking to make 2014 his break out year as another rising action star in the genre with the forthcoming release of his latest shortfilm out of Denmark, Echoes Of A Ronin. The shortfilm has since begun ramping up promotional efforts with new teaser photos unveiled earlier in December last year, and this week, we now have an exclusive clip, courtesy of Twitchfilm before the its entry into this year’s film festival circuit. Ninja 2 Producer Frank DeMartini Confirms UNDISPUTED 4 At Fantastic Fest

According to an update from Fantastic Fest via Twitch, film producer Frank DeMartini responded to a fan question on Friday night regarding the currently developing fourth installment of the Undisputed franchise, by saying the following (click the link for the full context): “The Undisputed 4 script is being written right now by David White and it should shoot in the spring. Unless Scott wants too much money.” The answer came from a Q&A panel that acconpanied the festival premiere of director Isaac Florentine’s latest action thriller, Ninja: Shadow Of A Tear, starring Scott Adkins and actress Mika Hiji, all of whom appeared for the Friday night panel, in front of an attending crowd. From L to R: Brahim Achabbakhe, Ron Smoorenburg and Kazu Patrick Tang Brahim Achabbahke, Ron Smoorenburg and Kazu Patrick Tang are three of the most experienced and talented stunt coordinators and performers of the industry, compiling nearly twenty four years in their field working on such films as Who Am I?, Unleashed, Mercury Man, The Kick, Kill Em’All and Dragonwolf to name a few. Together, they have also shared the set on the latest collaborative efforts with action performers Scott Adkins, Kane Kosugi, co-star and fight choreographer Tim Man, and master action filmmaker Isaac Florentine on the set of Ninja 2, which is set for release later this year.
