Sébastien Vaniček’s latest horror thriller is getting the North American treatment with Infested, which launches exclusively on Shudder beginning April 26. The film scored two César Awards nominations during its festival run while winning several Bests at Sitges and at Fantastic Fest last year.
Writer/director Sébastien Vanicek is ready to make his case with insect horror thriller, Vermin, later this year. It stars Théo Christine in a story that chronicles the chaos that follows when a young man’s obsession with exotic animals and insects compels him to capture a poisonous spider from a bazaar, only for it to escape its enclosure, breed, and turn his entire residential building into a deadly web trap.
