It’s been a long time coming for those of you who waited to see if the Hit List would return. Welp, if only for a different pace than usual, I can most certainly say that it is. And to start, as always, is a hefty playlist of stunt reels by some of today’s best and brightest of their field, beginning with Alyma Dorsey who just recently earned a new notch on her belt for her first stunt coordinator credit on a new shortfilm project coming soon.
I’ve been doing The Hit List for about five-and-a-half years, and so I can’t help but consider the timely fashion in which I’ve managed to help catalogue a library of my own through the support and endorsement of filmmakers and indie action cinema creatives alike.
This next installment of the Hit List took some effort since not a lot of folks are filming anything right now, and I’m not really sure how things will look in the next few weeks seeing as Coronavirus is still lingering throughout the country.
The Hit List has taken a pretty interesting turn of late now that I actually get to host some video files on behalf of creators. It’s a blessing and I’m real thankful to those of you investing in my own YouTube channel to share your craft.
Well, at least YouTube made progress in fixing its search functions, so I can look for videos more optimally again. Despite this, however, I’m still sticking to a bi-weekly format after this while trying to find other ways to present content for readers. That’s not an April Fools’ jab by the way.

To perform martial arts stunts on screen was an unrealistic dream of mine to my family in a conservative Filipino household. So it was all about education, career, and money. After finishing school and working in an office as a career, I made my family happy by achieving that. Now that that’s done, I felt it was time to make myself happy by doing what I loved doing.
One of my favorite stunt teams working today are the guys over at LBP Stunts Chicago, who are responsible for some of the most memorable independent action short film hits of the last several years. Some of these include the unfinished four-segmented noir action series, Those Who Go To Hell, Yo Soy Un Hombre Loco, and their latest internet success, Dogfight.
