Having first landed my sights on the West coast for all things related to action films and stunts, it’s still pretty cool to know that there are some folks who share my interests here on the upper East, including actor and stuntman, Kenny Wong. Kane Kosugi Highlights A New Photo With The Stunt Crew Of TEKKEN: A MAN CALLED X

Stunt coordinator and fight choreographer Brahim Achabbakhe (center) took to Facebook this weekend to share a group photo with his choreography team a day ahead of the forthcoming production for the new film Tekken: A Man Called X from Crystal Sky and Lionsgate. The photo comes just after action star Kane Kosugi (second from right) announced on his official blog that he would be playing the titular role. The film is set as a prequel to the 2010 reinterpretation of the NAMCO property directed by Dwight Little and starring Jon Foo, Ian Anthony Dale and Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa. Not much else is known about the film as of yet with principal phototography scheduled for the next three weeks, in addition to previous reports that Ong Bak director Prachya Pinkaew was attached as the director. Action star Gary Daniels returns to form for co-writer, producer and director Ara Paiaya‘s upcoming international action thriller, Skin Traffik. Set to release later this year with a date to be announced soon, the film sees Daniels walking the criminal underworld of human trafficking as an assassin who turns on a ruthless crimelord. The film also marks the reunion of actors Mickey Rourke and Eric Roberts, and actress Daryl Hannah in their first film together since appearing in the 1984 film, The Pope Of Greenwich Village. Raging Pictures has unveiled the newest poster which you can take a look at above at the very top, in addition to the NSFW trailer below which aired just last month. Actor and martial arts superstar Gary Daniels continues his post-Expendables momentum as one of the most hard-working and memorable action performers of our generation, this time taking to the set for co-writer, producer and director Ara Paiaya‘s gritty international action flick, Skin Traffik. The film sees Daniels as a hitman who flips the script against a ruthless criminal underworld, unleashing his own brand of justice, and to illustrate this, Raging Pictures has a brand new trailer this week – quite worth the look if Red Band/NSFW is more your speed. The New Poster For SKIN TRAFFIK Is Here

The new poster is online ahead of the upcoming American Film Market premiere of Skin Traffik. The poster comes almost one month after my first report featuring actor and stuntman Ron Smoorenburg, together with director Ara Paiaya in a set photo for the Gary Daniels-led action vehicle. Daniels will play a hitman in a story of one man’s search for redemption and sacrifice while deep in the criminal underworld of human trafficking. Skin Traffik also stars Mickey Rourke, Jeff Fahey, Eric Roberts, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Dominque Swain and Alan Ford, and is executive produced by Paiaya, Derek Chappell and Ron Russell. Actor and martial arts impressario Ron Smoorenburg has shared a set photo on his Facebook page for the upcoming 2014 release of the upcoming assassin’s redemption thriller, Skin Traffik.
