Violence Begets Violence In The New Trailer For AMC Drama, PREACHER

Without further questions to AMC Network’s credentials as a go-to for great television as of late, the new trailer has finally arrived for the upcoming series, Preacher. The first 10 episodes are premiering next year with actor Dominic Cooper in the title role inspired by comic book creators Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon and their published by DC Comics’ Vertigo publication.

SYNOPSIS:

Preacher is the story of Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper, Agent Carter), a conflicted preacher in a small Texas town who is inhabited by a mysterious entity that allows him to develop a highly unconventional power. Jesse, his ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Ruth Negga, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun, This Is England) embark on a journey to, literally, find God.

Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Sam Catlin are among the executive producers we’ll be thanking in mid-2016 judging by the latest trailer which arrived over the weekend. Watch it below in its sheer, violent and redemptive glory.
