DEADPOOL Wraps!
Well, six years after playing him in X-Men: Orgins, eight months after confirming his role and just three months since principal photography began, actor Ryan Renyolds has annouced completion of director Tim Miller‘s forthcoming adaptation of Marvel superhero, Deadpool. Renyolds himself has largely been the sole occupant of tweets before and during production with any number of set pics and updates interacting with fans on Twitter, with particular interest in at least two young fans who got to meet the actor on set through Make-A-Wish Foundation well over a week ago.
#Deadpool has been a privilege to make. And we got to make this film because of you. Gonna eat a samich now. #wrapped pic.twitter.com/AMW68HD2BI

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
Renyolds stars from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, with actors Ed Skrein and T.J. Miller, and actresses Gina Carano and Morena Baccarrin and newcomer Brianna Hildebrand also starring. Stay tuned!

This is the super hero movie that I am most excited about & the fact it's rated R in a PG-13 driven country, makes me even more excited! I am so damn excited 🙂 Thank you Ryan Renyolds for making this happen and not giving in!!
