The teaser I’ve pasted below isn’t much, but it’s plenty to hold onto along with the design art above as we now pay mind to the goings-on at Toei Company who are launching sales at EFM for Revolver Lily, the new action thriller from celebrated director Isao Yukisada (River’s Edge, Theater). The 1924-set live-action adaptation is based on Kyo Naguara’s Kodansha Bunko publication, and centers on Yuri, a brothel Madam who turns to her former skillset as an elite assassin and spy to protect an endangered young boy bearing the key to the imperial Japanese military’s missing funds. Toei’s Muneyuki Kii (Takashi Miike’s First Love, upcoming Shin Kamen Rider) and Daisuke Takahashi, both best known for partnering on Takashi Shimizu’s Suicide Forest Village and Ox-Head Village, are producing the pic. Chad Stahelski’s John Wick: Chapter 4 clocks in at 2 hours and 49 minutes – the longest of all entries in the franchise so far. That’s gonna be a lot of layer-building and assassin killing to come as Keanu Reeves makes his return to the fold after launching the character nearly a decade ago, and with a brand new trailer inbound this week, Lionsgate isn’t backing down from its “Wick Week” commitment as new character posters are now out which you can view below. The gallery also includes a final reveal of actor Scott Adkins in the role of “Killa” after weeks of keeping his character under wraps in which now he can be seen in what looks like a prosthetic fatsuit. KNIGHTS OF THE ZODIAC: Toei Animation Teases Pegasus’ Meteor Fist In New Teaser

It’s been a little over a few months since the first main teaser arrived for Tomasz Baginski’s live-action adaptation of “Saint Seiya” titled Knights Of The Zodiac outside Japan. The teaser boasts some impressive visuals with cool nods to the original manga/anime IP on which the film is based, although surprisingly it also drew some ire from a few more persnickety friends in my circle. Personally, I hope the full trailer and coming movie can change some minds and hearts this year, and until then, the campaign continues to help ramp up the excitement with Toei Animation heading up the film’s release in the far East this April hereby titled Knights Of The Zodiac: The Beginning. Tap here for the first teaser from Sony back in December, and check out the new teaser below signaling lead actor Mackenyu Arata (Netflix’s upcoming One Piece) in his first feature move outside Japan.
