KARADA SAGASHI Takes You Into The Halls Of Hell In The Official Trailer

The newest official trailer is now online for Karada Sagashi, the latest horror thriller from director Eiichiro Hasumi. The trailer comes following an early first look teaser released back in June. The film is based on author Welzard’s 2011 novel and stars Kanna Hashimoto as a student named Asuka who, on the morning of July 5, soon finds herself caught in a cyclic and gruesome death loop. Trapped on school grounds with her childhood friend and four other classmates with no way out, they are all tasked with finding eight missing body parts belonging to a young girl named Haruka, which are scattered throughout the building. Either they succeed or risk being hunted by a deadly and vicious entity and forced to repeat the day until they win. Karada Sagashi opens in Japan theaters on October 14 from Warner Bros. Japan.

MRS. K: Reimagining Of Kara Hui Action Comedy Thriller In The Works At Universal

Ho Yuhang’s 2016 Malaysian-Hong Kong actioner, Mrs. K, has found a new home of late with 87North developing a new take on the cult hit thriller for Universal, according to Deadline this week. The original featured legendary Shaw-era actress Kara Hui in the lead role of a woman whose violent past comes back to haunt her and her family. Anthony D’Alessandro’s exclusive notes that the new film will be a reimagining described as “a fast-paced, darkly humorous action movie featuring an unlikely heroine.” The description further reads: “Mrs. K’s peaceful life is disrupted, and family threatened, when trouble brews.” Author and humorist Mishna Wolff (Werewolves Within) is penning the script. Max Zhang’s WOLF PACK Is On The Prowl In The New Teaser

The first official teaser footage for Michael Chiang’s Wolf Pack is online ahead of its September 9 theatrical release. The film’s arrival comes just in time for this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival premiere, which runs from September 10 through 12. Wolf Pack stars Max Zhang as the leader of an elite team charged with protecting China’s energy lifeline from a terrorist attack. The film also stars Aarif Lee and Jiang Luxia among others.

Guns, drugs, zealotry, and violence are abound in the upcoming series, Narco-Saints, from showrunner Yoon Jong-bin. Debuting all six episodes on Netflix from September 9, the new crime drama series marks a reunion for Yoon with actor Ha Jung-woo who has starred in nearly all of Yoon’s films since 2005’s The Unforgiven. COBRA KAI Season 5 Stills Tease The Return Of Another Familiar Face, And More!

Marking one month from the premiere date of the fifth season for hit series, Cobra Kai, new stills are online to view below including a few featuring the return of actor Sean Kanan back into the role of Mike Barnes from The Karate Kid: Part III, and the addition of actress Alicia Hannah-Kim debuting as South Korean sensei, Kim Da-Eun.
