CITADEL: Richard Madden And Priyanka Chopra Jonas Give Chase In The Official Series Trailer

It’s been a bit since I managed to catch up with Jed Mercurio’s political espionage thriller series, Bodyguard. That was my intro to Richard Madden in the wake of Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ success with hit series, Quantico, so it’s easy to see the package deal that both actors now offer as the official trailer for Amazon Prime’s April 28 launch of new series, Citadel is now online following a brief delay.

Eight years ago, Citadel fell. The independent global spy agency – tasked to uphold the safety and security of all people – was destroyed by operatives of Manticore, a powerful syndicate manipulating the world from the shadows. With Citadel’s fall, elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) had their memories wiped as they narrowly escaped with their lives. They’ve remained hidden ever since, building new lives under new identities, unaware of their pasts. Until one night, when Mason is tracked down by his former Citadel colleague, Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), who desperately needs his help to prevent Manticore from establishing a new world order. Mason seeks out his former partner, Nadia, and the two spies embark on a mission that takes them around the world in an effort to stop Manticore, all while contending with a relationship built on secrets, lies, and a dangerous-yet-undying love.

Stanley Tucci, Lesley Manville, Osy Ikhile, Ashleigh Cummings as Abby Conroy, Roland Møller and Davik Silje also star along with Caoilinn Springall and more. David Weil serves as showrunner and executive produces alongside Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Scott Nemes for AGBO, in addition to Newton Thomas Sigel and Patrick Moran, and Midnight Radio’s Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, Jeff Pinkner, and Scott Rosenberg.

Priyanka have talent and chance become new female good action movie actor. After FBI as action series, this series is from same genre so it proofs she is good in it. Maybe one day she replace Scarlet Johanson as Black Widow.

I am a fan of Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her presence is the main reason why I will be watching this movie. I hope to see her excel in Hollywood as she was one of the finest actresses in Bollywood and has the ability to portray any character with great skill.

I completely agree! Priyanka Chopra Jonas is an incredibly talented actress and her presence in this upcoming movie is definitely a reason for me to watch it. I've been a fan of hers since her Bollywood days and it's been amazing to see her transition to Hollywood. I have no doubt that she will excel in this role and continue to prove why she's one of the best actresses out there. Her ability to portray different characters with such skill is truly impressive and I can't wait to see what she does next!

Why hasn't the release date been issued yet? I love the lead casts and also the way they have diverse international casts acting. The plot also outlines different cultures as well as several storylines.

According to the latest information, the show is scheduled to be released on April 28, 2023. I am counting down the days until I can finally indulge in this exciting new addition to the entertainment landscape. I can hardly contain my excitement as I imagine the endless possibilities and potential twists and turns that await us in this eagerly awaited show.
