Expect more to come from actor Liam Nesson between now and next year, continuing onward for his latest congregation with several Korean A-listers, including Lee Jung-Jae and Lee Beom-Soo, and actress Jin Se-Yun. For this, we get a new teaser sampling our cast for director John H. Lee’s new Korean War epic, Operation Chromite, which focuses on the secret 24-hour X-ray mission during the Korean War in 1950.
South Korean Navy Special Forces, Captain Jang Hak-soo and his 7 members disguise themselves as a North Korean inspection unit. Their mission directives from Gen. MacArthur are: 1. infiltrate the North Korean army command center in Incheon and secure the mine chart, 2. kidnap ‘Ryu Jang-choon’, the second highest ranking North Korean officer, and 3. on D-Day, light the Palmido light house as a signal to the main UN forces. Despite growing suspicion from the clever tactician Commander Lim Gye-jin of North Korea’s People’s Army, Jang and his team successfully carry out their mission with the help of an underground information network. Then one day, their true identity is revealed…
