Korean Kidnapping Mystery Thriller FORGOTTEN Nabbed By Netflix For 2018

Don’t rule out writer and director Jang Hang-Jun’s new mystery thriller in your recurring list of titles to endulge in the coming few months. With Megabox poised to open the upcoming mystery thriller, Forgotten, on November 29, the film is now on deck to get a Netflix spot thanks to the streaming company’s deal with Kiwi Company as reported by Variety this week.
“Unprecedented, the contract was signed during the film’s script stage, which shows that (Netflix) thought highly of the compelling story,” said Jang. “I believe it will be appreciated as a Korean-style mystery thriller not only by the local audiences but also by the international audiences.”
Moon Sung-Geun (Sea Fog) and actress Na Young-Hee (Horror Stories) also star for the film’s forthcoming release later this month in South Korea with Netflix rolling out the film in 2018.
