LION FIST Unleashes On 4K, Blu-Ray And Digital In The U.S. Next Month. Watch The Brand New Trailer!
The newest official trailer is now online for Lion Fist (dubbed Lion Fist – Battle Of The Champions for its German release next month), the new tournament martial arts thriller from director Taim M. Adams. The cast Mathis Landwehr, front and center in a new story from the duo behind The Last Kumite, Sean David Lowe and Wayne Graves, along with Keith W. Standberg of No Retreat, No Surrender fame.
Martial artist Joe (Mathis Landwehr) emerges from four years of wrongful imprisonment to devastating news: His son needs an expensive operation to survive a life-threatening tumor. With no other options, Joe enters a brutal martial arts tournament offering $100,000 in prize money. Under Grandmaster Wu’s intense training, he faces some of the world’s strongest fighters but discovers his opponents will do anything to win.
Also starring are Li Yanlong, Keith Cooke, Kurt McKinney, Gary Daniels, and Brice Akuesson, with fight sequences from action director Mike Moeller. Capelight Pictures will release Lion Fist on Digital, and on 4K UHD + Blu-Ray in the U.S. beginning September 15.
