SHADOW FORCE: Omar Sy And Kerry Washington Put Family First In The Official Trailer

Joe Carnahan is definitely one of the most entertaining directors working today, with a resumé that speaks ardently to the eye he has for action. His latest, Shadow Force, presents an exemplary look at this fact, featuring Omar Sy and Kerry Washington from a script he wrote with Leon Chills, and with a fresh new trailer now online to help make the case.

In SHADOW FORCE, Kyrah (Washington) and Isaac (Sy) were once the leaders of a multinational special forces group called Shadow Force. They broke the rules by falling in love, and in order to protect their son, they go underground. With a large bounty on their heads, and the vengeful Shadow Force hot on their trail, one family’s fight becomes all-out war.

Shadow Force also stars Mark Strong, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, and Jahleel Kamara, and opens in theaters on May 2 from Lionsgate. Check out the trailer below, along with the poster on unveiled on Tuesday via Collider.
