There’s plenty to hope for in lieu of Lucasfilm and Disney’s latest entry into a new chapter of the Star Wars movie saga. With sequels and spin-offs pending, director J.J. Abrams’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens continues to build a mass of fandom and reinviogoration for the franchise with a slew of teasers and trailers that offer a glimpse of what appears to nothing short of a glorious return to the aesthetic that made the franchise what it is today.
All six previous films have been given digital and looming steelbook treatment, so there’s still time to watch all the films thusfar depending on what your preferences are – the re-edited versions of the first befitting the prequels or the opposite. In the meantime, it looks like this one is heading for a box-office weekend sellout with fans ready to crowd as many true IMAX theaters as they can to get the most out of the experience.
That experience begins on December 18, 2015, and this week we now have an international 30-second television spot geared toward South Korean audiences, or rather, since awesome is universal… everyone. Check it out below!
