PLAN B: Reel Deal Action’s German Martial Arts Comedy Lands English-Language Remake At Amazon Studios

German martial arts action comedy, Plan B: Scheiss Auf Plan A, is getting an English language remake at Amazon Studios, with screenwriter Lucas Carter tapped to pen the script. What’s more is that Braden Aftergood and Sylvester Stallone are producing the film with Can Aydin executive producing. Directed by Ufuk Genc and Michael Popescu, the original film was an independent production which thankfully found its way to a theatrical release in Germany through 20th Century Fox in 2017. The film was a feature-length first for Aydin and his co-stars, all co-founding members of martial arts action stunt and film unit, Reel Deal Action, including Phong Giang and Yoon Cha-lee. The scene is heating up over in Monrovia, California for the upcoming festivities at this year’s tenth annual Action On Film International Film Festival.
