Participant and Bunya Productions are teaming up for Prima Facie, starring Cynthia Erivo. BAFTA Award-winning filmmaker Susanna White will direct from a script by critically-acclaimed playwright Suzie Miller who wrote the original and current hit stage play on which the film is based. Prima Facie is described as a “propulsive and character-driven film,” in which Academy Award nominee and Tony Award winning Erivo will play “Tessa, an ambitious and confident defense attorney from working class roots.
