LAYERS OF LIES Official Trailer Kicks Off The New Year With Ramin Sohrab’s Breakout Action Adventure!

Invariably, the festival crowd has had its fill with Iranian-Finnish action adventure Layers Of Lies and now folks keen on catching it at home can expect to do so with a digital, cable, satelite and DVD release set for January 23. The film stars and is directed by actor and martial artist Ramin Sohrab, headlining the first ever action production out of Iran for a production with more than its fair share of stories on how the movie came to pass, details to which Sohrab alludes to openly in our 2022 interview.

TACFEST had its inaugural festivities over the weekend in Spain celebrating the action genre at large. Par for the course was the world’s first Finnish-Iranian action adventure thriller, Layers Of Lies, starring Ramin Sohrab whose debut feature is currently set for further screenings beginning June 2 in Finland which you can learn more about here.

I was today years old when I found out that the Crank International Action Film Festival is launching at the Westdale Theatre in Hamilton, Ontario next weekend. It’s gonna have two awesome feature screenings – firstly on Saturday, April 15 with Andrew T. Hunt’s new action drama, The Fight Machine, starring Greg Hovanessian and Dempsey Bryk as two young men on opposite sides of the Canadian border journeying toward self-discovery before meeting their fates head-on in the unforgiving underground bare-knuckle arena.
