Review: Jazz Boon’s LINE WALKER 2: INVISIBLE SPY ‘Cruises’ And ‘Woos’ The Line For A Riveting Spy Thriller
Popular TVB hit series, “Line Walker”, took a stellar turn for the big screen in 2016 with Jazz Boon carrying the momentum over into feature film territory. I highly recommend catching the film promptly on Netflix or wherever it is sold or streamed. The sequel, Line Walker 2: Invisible Spy, is well on the way for fans who enjoyed the first and will likely expect bigger and better, and will get just as much.

Details On Nick Cheung's Role In FROM VEGAS TO MACAU 2
The Dante Lam-directed mixed martial arts drama, Unbeatable, continues to be a headline maker for actor Nick Cheung (That Demon Within, The White Storm) who just received another award earlier this month for his role in the film, hosted at 21st annual Beijing College Student Film Festival. And nowadays, with things stirring up from Cannes, you will likely hear Cheung‘s name being mentioned more often regarding his newest attachment as a debut director for the new poltergeist hunter thriller, Ghost Rituals, which is being screened for buyers along the Marché du Film courtesy of international sales agent, Darclight.
But that isn’t all for the actor-turned-director who is still in the business of acting, and you will find him doing just that now that with updated reports declaring he is set to star as new protégé alongside lead actor Chow Yun-Fat in the forthcoming sequel action adventure, From Vegas To Macau 2. Cheung‘s role was made public several days ago detailing his character as an accountant and computer expert who will often clash with Fat’s character, Ken, a spin-off revival of the titular role in the classic God Of Gamblers film franchise.
The update also confirms Cheung’s role as the replacement for actor Nicholas Tse who will be busy this year preparing to shoot scenes this August for director Master Yuen Woo-Ping in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2: The Green Destiny.
Filming for From Vegas To Macau 2, will begin its shooting schedule this June in Thailand, Mainland Macau and Hong Kong with franchise director Wong Jing returning to the helm. The film joins Chow and Cheung with actress Carina Lau.

FROM VEGAS TO MACAU Gets A Sequel With More Names Attached
Continuing the trend of filming in exotic locales in and around Asia, writer and director Wong Jing is expected to return with a second offering of his revitalized spin on the God Of Gamblers franchise with the production of From Vegas To Macau 2. Apparently, the first film which released in January beat commercial expectations despite mixed reviews, and will now ante up the production with a larger budget for a 3D shoot that will take place in Thailand, Mainland Macau and Hong Kong.
From Vegas To Macau 2 is tentatively set for the next Chinese Lunar New Year in February 2015 and will once again feature actor Chow Yun-Fat reprising his lead role along with newly added cast members, award-winning actress Nick Cheung (Unbeatable) and Carina Lau (Young Detective Dee). Actor Nicholas Tse will also reportedly be reprising his role in the Wong Jing sequel before relocating this August to film scenes for the Yuen Woo-Ping production of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2: The Green Destiny with Michelle Yeoh and Donnie Yen.
There is no official word yet on whether or not Jing will move forward on officially revisiting the original God Of Gamblers franchise with new films, although producer Andrew Lau already affirmed his interest several months ago.
