Fandom continues its course with director Isaac Florentine and action star Scott Adkins for their newest film, Close Range. However, with their last film together, the 2014 release of Ninja: Shadow Of A Tear only now picking up steam in Japan through Pony Canyon for its DVD release on March 28, one has to wonder how the film would sell even a year later. I can’t say I have much insight on film restrictions in Japan and I don’t know how much of an impact torrenting has had in the region, but as always, the film’s Japanese trailer marks another reason why anyone should love Japan anyway…ninjas and all!
