Takeshi Kitano Goes BEYOND OUTRAGE In A New U.S. Red-Band Trailer

Magnet Pictures unveiled the new trailer this week for its forthcoming VoD and limited theatrical release of Japanese filmmaking maestro Takeshi Kitano‘s Beyond Outrage. Originally titled with both words switched, the film is the second installation of Kitano‘s Yakuza thriller since the 2010 film, Outrage, hitting the film festival circuit in late 2012 before opening in Japan a month later. Despite garnering mixed reviews, the fan reaction was largely positive with the film’s producers seeking a trilogy from Kitano, the franchise’s lead star, writer and director who was already the recipient of the Best Director award at the 7th Asian Film Awards by then. AMBUSHED Gets A New U.S. Trailer And Release Date

ComingSoon.net delivered the exclusive trailer for director Giorgio Serafini‘s latest film, Ambushed. The film was previously released in the U.K. under the title, Hard Rush, back in September from Signature Films. The guys over at Stunt Fighter Producciones have been quite busy within the past year working on a goregously explosive martial arts action crime thriller straight from the streets of Buenos Aires, Argentina called JUSTICIA PROPIA from director Sergio Mastroberti. With post production still on-going, in addition to a few more trailers on the way prior to the film’s release, a new teaser is online. It isn’t better than Die Hard 4, just a little bigger in size and scope with a lot of explosions and car/truck crashes, but it brings something worth looking forward to when Die Hard 6 comes out. Ruben Fleischer Set To Direct SPY HUNTER

  ComingSoon.net has reported via Deadline that director Reuben Fleischer (Zombieland) will helm the big screen adaptation of Midway’s popular 1980’s videogame, Spy Hunter, with a screenplay from Carter Blanchard. So far the film’s only known cast will feature actor Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises, Warrior) in the title role, with legendary Hong Kong fight choreographer Corey Yuen Kwai (The Legend Of Fong Sai Yuk 1 and 2, Kiss Of The Dragon, The Man With The Iron Fists) to direct the action.
