TERMINATOR: DARK FATE Moves Up To November 1, 2019
Paramount Pictures has officially dated November 1 with the confirmed title, Terminator: Dark Fate, for Deadpool helmer Tim Miller. Natalia Reyes, Mackenzie Davis and Linda Hamilton lead the cast along with franchise mainstay Arnold Schwarzenegger, and actor Gabriel Luna rounding out the cast.
Plot details are unknown while the clear fact remains Dark Fate will be the threequel that bookends the first two films also starred Schwarzenegger and Hamilton, effectively skipping Rise Of The Machines (2003), Salvation (2009) and Genisys (2015). James Cameron, who – in between directing the first two films – sold the rights to the the 1984 film to producer Gail Anne Hurd for a dollar before acquiring the rights back in 2017, serves as producer along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger.
The move also pits Terminator: Dark Fate against Elizabeth Banks’ Charlie’s Angels.
