THE GRAVITY: Don’t Miss The U.S. Trailer For Cédric Ido’s Gritty Sci-Fi Opening This Friday
French-Burkinabé director Cédric Ido’s gritty slice-of-life Parisian sci-fi thriller, The Gravity, is coming to select theaters on Friday, November 10 from Dark Star Pictures, followed by a VOD release on November 14. The official trailer has arrived as well, following the film’s festival run from last September in Toronto throughout Europe ahead of its France release back in May.
Ido writes and directs this tale of a not-so-distant future—and the larger forces that threaten to tear it apart.
Set in a small community in Paris, two brothers (Max Gomis and Jean-Baptiste Anoumon) each seeking their escape from their neighborhood suddenly find themselves reunited with a mysterious childhood friend. As an unprecedented planetary alignment slowly locks into place, the brothers must balance the pull of their precarious friendships against the possibility of impending catastrophe.
