
There’s still plenty of room between now and August 30 when Nikkatsu gives director Sono Sion‘s latest film, Tokyo Tribe, its big screen live-action debut. The film is being billed as “the world’s first hip-hop battle rap musical” as indicated by the latest trailer which aired earlier this month, and this week, the film’s feature single, “Hope”, is now available in Japan, in accordance with the film’s new music video which you can now watch below courtesy of Warner Bros. Japan.
“Hope” is performed by the film’s main lead debut actor, hip-hop recording artist Young Dais, along with Simon, Y’s and AI. Check it out below with several cuts of new kickass action footage from the film, and enjoy!
