Trailer: ALL GONE WRONG Goes Ballistic This Month From Buffalo 8
Writer/director Josh Guffey’s All Gone Wrong has an official trailer out and about from U.S. distro label Buffalo 8. The new action crime drama featuring Jake Kaufman and Tony Todd will be released on January 27 to Apple TV+, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, Google Play, and Cable On Demand.
After a rookie undercover cop is gunned down in a drug bust gone wrong, the veteran agent in-charge, Chris Halvorsen (Kaufman), is put on leave. Away from his desk, Halvorsen begins an unauthorized investigation into the failed deal, leading him to a pervasive drug network operating under the surface in a rural town. Now it’s him against an ugly cast of characters and the town heavy, Lamont Hughes (Todd), on a potentially fatal mission to make everything right.
All Gone Wrong also stars Krystal Torres (“For All Mankind”), Law X (“All the Queens Men”), Antonio St. James (“The Chi”), Peter Mayer (“Casting the Net”) and Pete Winfrey.
The acquisition was announced by Buffalo 8 earlier this month with Guffey making his feature film debut. Guffey also produced the film next to Michael Kennedy, Frank Merle of Lone Morsel Productions, and Barry Albrecht of Propulsion Films. Todd also exec produced next to Matthew Helderman, Luke Taylor, Nikki Stier Justice, Jim and Dietra Lewis, along with William Noble and Susanne Renee Owens, Joshua Teets, Dar Guffey, Edward D. Albrecht, Doug Albrecht, Jeanette Ellis and Tyrone Mosley and Kyle Kerner.
“Telling this story with this team has been the preoccupation of most of my adult life,” stated Guffey. “It has been 15 years from the writing of the first draft to where our team has climbed today with the film’s release. I am so thankful for the collaboration with Tony Todd, Buffalo 8, and my partner in crime, Jake Kaufman, and I could not be more excited for audiences to enjoy the film.”
“It’s special to work with first time filmmakers like Josh Guffey but especially in this instance where we can help bring his passion project of so many years to a national audience,” added Nikki Stiers Justice, Head of Buffalo 8 Distribution for Buffalo 8.
