Netflix’s five-part rollout of live-action series Yu Yu Hakusho is ramping up its campaign for its December 14 premiere, and with new stills already circulating, a brand new trailer is also online to make the show’s case. NORYANG: DEADLY SEA Official Trailer Teases Admiral Yi’s Final Battle

Charting the course for a December 20 rollout in South Korea is Lotte Cultureworks with the Korean release of Noryang: Deadly Sea. Actor Kim Yun-seok carries the lead role of admiral Yi Sun-shin for director Kim Han-min’s third and final cinematic expression of the historical figure with a story set in 1598, as Yi readies for his last valiant battle against the Wae army near the end of the seven year Imjin War. The film also stars Baek Yoon-sik, Jung Jae-young and Huh Joon-ho. Well Go USA will release the film stateside in the new year following its rights acquisition from sales agent Acemaker back in May. A new year is almost upon us, and so with that comes a whole new set of priorities. For some of us, that includes tidying up our moviegoing schedules and making room for any possibilities going into the next twelve months. If you’re keen, I’ve went and compiled more than a hundred films (124 to be exact) worth keeping an eye on as we follow the news blurbs along. To add, I ended up throwing in at least twenty-four more as the inspiration took over long before I was done with this list. REACHER: Season Three Of The Hit Amazon Prime Series Is Now Filming

Reacher series creator Nick Santora did the world some serious justice with the season one premiere of the hit show based on the novels by Lee Childs last year. With season two set to kick off its first three episodes on Amazon Prime in the next few weeks, the show is now being primed for a third season already in production according to a new video announcement attached to an extended clip courtesy of series star Alan Ritchson. News of the show’s third season broke at CCXP 2023 in São Paulo, Brazil, as reported by Variety on Saturday. SALAAR: PART 1 – CEASEFIRE Trailer Sees Prahbas Speaking Softly, And Carrying Bloody Weaponry For The First Chapter

Homable Films is touting its latest effort, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, with an official and extensive new trailer following a teaser rollout back in July. The film teams up leading man Prahbas – star of the upcoming Kalki 2898 A.D. – with director Prashanth Neel who comes off the perpetual success of his two-part period action tête-à-tête, K.G.F., which became a record-breaking box office hit with its second installment last year. Neel directs from his own script a story that chronicles the boyhood friendship that now shapes the present-day tale of a gang leader who vows to protect a friend whos father’s opponents seek to usurp power through violent, militarized means in the city of Khansaar. Prahbas is joined by Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan for the film’s December 22 global release in Telugu with multiple dubs including Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.

WARHORSE ONE Gets A Sequel Shoot In 2024

A sequel to Warhorse One is in development, according to information shared on social media via actor Johnny Strong and the film’s official fanpage. The film, tentatively titled “Warhorse Two” as illustrated by current prelim artwork online, will reportedly begin production in the new year with a script by Strong who starred in the first film, as well as co-directed with filmmaker William Kaufman (Daylight’s End, The Channel). BLOOD COAST Official French Crime Series Trailer Runs Red With Pulsating Action And Drama

December 6 will see the official premiere of Kamel Guemra’s six-part action-packed crime series, Blood Coast (French title Pax Massilia). Live-action adaptations of popular manga properties will still have their space going forward with an upcoming new take on Kodansha publication, The Tiger Mask. Variety’s Nick Vivarelli reported on Monday the development of the film via Rome-based Fabula Pictures and Brandon Box in Milan, alongside Kodansha. LOST PHOENIX: Check Out The Official Trailer For James Couche’s New Indie Espionage Thriller

Writer/director James Couche is still in post-production on his independently-made feature debut, Lost Phoenix. The action adventure thriller, starring Wan DraL, Eliza Kelley, and David Norton, was filmed during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and hails from Couche’s longstanding independent film banner, Gunsavior Pictures. Set against the backdrop of a major social justice protest gone awry, DraL plays “Joe”, a runaway amnesiac who finds himself dodging ICE agents, heavily armed insurgents and a snipers from the distance as he fights to pursue tips and clues that could bring him closer to remembering his identity.
